India De-aromatic Solvents; Effective Alternative to Conventional Solvents Due to Low VOC Content

India De-aromatic Solvents

India de-aromatic solvents, also known as de-aromatic solvents or de-aromatized hydrocarbon solvents, are a class of hydrocarbon solvents characterized by the presence of naphthenic, iso-paraffinic, and paraffinic components with very low aromatic content. They have faster-drying properties and are used to manufacture mosquito repellents and de-aromatic insecticides. These solvents are widely used in consumer products, drilling fluids, adhesives and sealants, printing ink solvents, industrial and institutional cleaning, metalworking fluids, and paints and coatings due to their less VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.

Moreover, de-aromatic solvents are widely used in railways, marine, & automotive. Compared to conventional solvents, India de-aromatic solvents are much safer, as they are safe, odorless, less toxic, and are consider as environmentally friendly products that have a less impact on the environmental. Arsenic, chloride, and carbonate are some of commonly used de-aromatized solvents with a wide range of applications, including bacterial separation, prebiotic chemistry, and industrial productions. Furthermore, d-aromatic solvents have their own characteristics that make them suitable for specific uses.

De-aromatic solvents are odorless and have low VOC content and is comparatively less toxic to conventional solvents. The most commonly used de-aromatic solvents are ammonium carbonate, isobutyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, and Lye (isobutyl alcohol). However, there are many de-aromatized solvents available in the market that are useful in numerous applications such as production of adhesives, cleansing agents, detergents, and aerosols, among others. De-aromatic solvents are well-suited as solvents, dispersants, diluents and carriers for many applications. Thus, with the increasing applications, the demand for India de-aromatic solvents is also increasing with a rapid pace.

For instance, Exxon Mobil (US) announced the expansion of its global hydrocarbon fluids capacity by 250,000 tons per year to meet the increasing demand. The company produces a range of de-aromatic solvents in its facilities located in Antwerp and Singapore.
